Hello doc, i ovulated on cd17.my cycle is exactly 29 days.i had 1 opk test left out so i took a test tday cd23 and showed positive.how s t possible?

Possibilities: Since your body can't ovulate twice in a cycle like that, i'd say the options are: 1) you may be pregnant, remember that the HCG hormone is almost identical to the lh hormone that the OPK detects, so preg. Can cause false + on OPK 2) test may be inaccurate (there are variable quality opk's on the market).
