Maybe: There are various conditions associated. Smoking may be one. Red palms with liver disease is due to increased estrogen. There are many other causes. Your DR can evaluate you to see if it means something significant. You may never arrive at a satisfactory explanation. Do you have PCOS? Other hormone abnormality?
