I am 49 yr old female with diabetes and one kidney on a 1200 cal diet. i checked my sugar 18 hrs after dinner. it was 351, what could cause this?

Check w/your doctor: Yoursugar is too high and you need to havve medication dose adjusted or additional medication added to your regimen, these can only be done by your doctor. Make sure you're not on cortisone or have an infection or other cause for sudden increased in glucose.
