Several ways: There are excellent talk therapies for anxiety attacks -- you could see a psychologist trained in cognitive behavioral therapy. This is a well-researched form of treatment for many kinds of anxiety disorders. Also on your own you can do practices like meditation, yoga, tai chi, etc that help train you in present moment awareness. When truly in the present, you're not focusing on future worries.
