How do i overcome depression and ease my depression symptoms? i overthink, always think of the worst,headaches,i don't think highly of myself and alot of guilt. i sleep 5 hours a night. my heart races at night. i have panic attacks too?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you need medication. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Suggest you hit this head on, and consider cognitive-behavioural therapy. Medication can assist with depression and panic attacks, but this is only temporary, as symptoms can be handled only while on meds. Talk with a psychiatrist, as both therapy and medication might provide pathway to improvements.
