Time not the issue: Perhaps you and your preferred other need to get creative! there are sex therapists. Have you been checked physically by a urologist just to make sure their is no physical problem like low testosterone? You are young and it would be rare for any sort of medical problem to be the cause but if you are on e.g. Cholesterol or BP meds or smoke weed all of this could be the cause. Might need jump start.

Depression/ ED: Hello. Some psychiatric medications can cause erectile dysfunction as a side effect. So this should be checked if you are on psychiatric medications. This might be worth exploring in therapy. If there appears to be no underlying psychological causes, you physician may recommend evaluation by a urologist.
