See details.: This is obviously not a normal result from what i assume to be arthroscopic surgery. You should not still need a brace and should not be in pain. Calf swelling can be secondary to phlebitis or the rupture of a popliteal cyst among other causes. Get a 2nd opinion. I would strongly recommend a new MRI if you have not recently had one done.
