Should i worry about left-sided ovarian cyst with very strong blood flows inside on color doppler u/s? history of rectal cancer diagnosis @35y. no prior chemo/rt.

Possibly: I would see your ob/gyn and see if you might want to get an mri. Blood flow is not usually seen in a true cyst. An MRI will help to better look at the cyst and see if it needs any more of a work up.
