Several possibie: Gastroparesis (or the inability to clear material from the stomach) can create distention and the pressure upwards on the diaphragm prevents adequate expansion of the lungs. The question is obviously why you are having "stomach swelled". See a GI doctor and get this worked out. Good luck.
