Possibly: If there was simultaneous chest and upper back pain and pressure, the biggest concern would be an undiagnosed aortic aneurysm and or dissection in a young person as yourself. Typically described as the "worst pain", a "searing knife-like pain". That would be worst case scenario. If not that bad, did not recur, could also simply be musculoskeletal or some nonspecific inflammation. If bad go ER
