Azithromycin for acn: Azithromycin is relatively safe if one is not allergic to the mediciine. It should help in lowering the burdeon of normal floor and drying up the sebum.

Oral antibiotics : Commonly prescribed effective acne fighting oral antibiotics include tetracycline class antibiotics such as Doxycycline or Minocycline . At times Azithromycin or sulfa antibiotics are used depending on a patients allergies , effectiveness of previous antibiotics , dosing convenience , side effects, etc .
