Female 37 recently finished weeks course prednisolone 40mg taken as 8 tablets in one go a day.when would it be safe to have a cortisone injection into cheek of face for cystic acne from a dermatologist?

It is likely safe to have the injection. Let the dermatologist doing the injection know about the recent steroid course, including the day the last dose was taken. The dermatologist will then be able to say for sure that an injection is safe. Best of luck to you!!
