Talk to your doctor: Ketonazole is not an acne treatment. But your doctor may have given it to you for another reason. I suggest going back to your doctor to discuss it. In general, acne on the body requires oral medications as it is difficult to treat such a large area with creams.

Rash on chest is not frequent,it comes and goes. The up back of the shoulder has a thin rash/acne/blackheads frequent skin reaction.
