See OB/GYN: Please see an ob/gyn, besides looking at the secretion under microscop will run a full std panel on you make sure you are not harboring other infections you are not aware of , that can adversely impact your health.

Regular doctor: Your primary care doctor can take care of the infection. If it is recurrent or doesn't respond to initial treatment, you may need to see a gynecologist.
