You have polyarthritis with morning stiffness so rheumatoid arthritis needs to be ruled out. You need to make appointment with your doctor ASAP for a thorough exam and preliminary blood tests. In the meantime, if you do not have any stomach, blood pressure or kidney problem, take Motrin or Advil or Ibuprofen 200 mg x 2 tablets, every 6-8 hrs with full stomach as needed until you see your doctor.
