I experience joint pains from knee, inside and outside hip, and shoulder 1 to 2 days after ejaculation. the pains subside 4 days onward after ejaculation. what could cause this please?

There is no link between Ejaculation and joint pains. If it is a mild problem, leave it alone and do not hesitate having your normal sexual activity. If the joint pain is more than mild, try using Tylenol one hour before ejaculation....the joint pain will not bother you anymore. Give us a follow up report after you have tried Tylenol treatment.

There is no direct relation between the described symptoms and ejaculation. Best is to see in the next few days if the symptoms recur without ejaculation.
