Talk w ur doc first: Both citalopram and Mirtazapine are both antidepressants. Mirtazapine has a side effect of making a person sleepy so it sometimes is helpful in this regard. However your doctor may not want you to take two antidepressants so you should discuss this with him or her before you make that decision.
