My doc just put me on 3 steroids one inhaled and 2 pills for my sinuses. since i lift weights and junk will i gain weight using these. ?

Likely: Corticosteroids will usually result in some weight gain, but if you only take the meds short term (7-10 days tops) the additional weight should come off over time once you resume your normal activity.

Unlikely significant: The answer to your question rests with the dosage, type, and duration of the steroids. For a sinus infection, the type of steroids we would prescribe would be of a fairly low dose over a short period of time. I'd talk to your doc. Chances are, you're on Flonase and a Methylprednisolone dose pack, or commonly called a 'medrol dose pack' which only lasts a week. This shouldn't pose a problem.
