Musculoskeletal: "twitching" as a form of angina (= chest pain from coronary artery blockages) is rare. So, if you have no other symptoms (pain or numbness in your chest, jaw or arms; shortness of breath, dizziness/fainting), no family history of early heart disease or sudden death, no high blood pressure or high cholesterol, the odds that you have coronary blockages is low.
