See below: It is an autoimmune inflammatory disease. Eating healthy foods like you mentioned can reduce your risk of heart disease which is elevated with lupus, but unfortunately it is not going put your lupus into remission.

General help: This is an auto immune issue which can create problems with inflammation so eating anti-inflammatory foods would be good but not the only thing that will help. The root is an over-reacting immune system which should be addressed.
