Could 1 toradol shot lower inflammatory markers if given 1 hr before blood was drawn and potentially cause false negative? tests for lupus, ra, also esr. could it also temporarily lower gfr in that time frame? seeing higher than my normal creatinine?

No, it wouldn’t affect any of those autoimmune markers. GFR is a calculated value that can shift by a few points from day to day based on hydration status.
