Depends: On the cause of your pulmonary htn. Certain cases of pulmonary HTN will benefit from a variety of medications that can reduce that pressure. If it is a case of secondary pulmonary htn, the treatment is directed at the cause, such as heart disease or lung disease.

Sob: Your meds suggest complicated issues, like complex sleep apnea, be sure to use your machine every night, if you smoke, quit, if you are overweight, lose weight, ask about breathing and heart tests. There are meds for pulmonary hypertension indicated for certain types.
