Probably not: Tapeworm infections are not terribly common so from that standpoint it makes t. Solis less likely. However, it is easy enough to check with a simple stool test.

Yes: Symtoms of parasite infestation are very non specific. Since it seems you have some concerns about this infection, the only way to be sure is to do a test called: stool for ova and parasites. You should ask your primary provider about this issue because you do not want to ignore symptoms that you have described.
