Have been waking up in the morning with leg cramps. today i screamed it was so painful and my leg muscle has been sore all day because of it. why does this happen? also have heartburn all the time now.

Cramps: Often cramps are associated with electrolytes being low. Low potassium and or magnesium are common. If you are having symptoms of heartburn, there could be a relationship between the two if your digestion is off. Trying a course of oral mag glycinate would be a safe and easy thing to try to see if that helps the cramps.
