Hard to say: Having anal sex should not cause pregnancy unless you were also having vaginal sex. Check a home pregnancy test and if negative see your doctor. The leg cramping and indigestion are non specific. Please see your doctor for more answers. Good luck

Use of the: ipill (emergency contraceptive pill) can cause delay in period. You should not require ipill if your sexual activity was limited to anal sex.
