Light headed: Any headache or history of migraine with your dizziness? Have you had thyroid function checked ? Are you getting enough sleep.? Using any drugs/stimulants? As you can see from the questions many different things can cause your symptoms. See someone who can take a careful and detailed history to help you figure this out.

You are still too : Young to be concerned about serious medical conditions. Dizziness is a very common complaint among our patients and oftentimes they are benign and not serious. Yours may be from anxiety, panic attacks, drop in blood pressure with sudden standing up or head turning, inner ear problem, sleep deprivation, medication side effect etc.If all work up are negative, then say to yourself, i'm not dying yet.
