Maybe: You will still get some benefit from taking the aspirin. However, i would visit your cardiologist or primary care physician to determine if it is only the Aspirin that is causing the bleeding, or an underlying condition that could be more serious.

Check the Gums: Gums should not bleed with Aspirin alone. Gum disease is most likely the cause and being exacerbated by the aspirin. You should see your dentist, as well. I'm sure your cardiologist would second this recommendation, as there is a strong link from the mouth to the heart.
