Fiber one cereal: If constipation is the problem, 1 cup of fiber one cereal in a blender with 1.5 cups of pears in pear juice blended. Store in a tupperware bowl and put one tablespoon of that "goop" in any hot beverage every morning. Helps with ibs and constipation and helps firm up mild diarrhea.
