Although: Breakthrough bleeding and spotting can occur while on coc, there are many other reasons someone can spot, i.e. Cervical infection or abnormality. Your doctor wants to make sure nothing else is wrong. I would schedule a visit or give him or her a call for clarification. Good luck!
