Yes: Toprol (metoprol (metoprolol)ol) is a "cardioselective" beta blocker, meaning is binds and effects the heart more than the blood vessels. This is suppose to decrease the side effects. If you are having dizziness from toprol (metoprolol) then i would try using something in a different class. With that said, that rule is not absolute, and depending on your situation a beta blocker + dizziness may be the best choice. Listen to your doc.
