Not to late: Congratulations on the decision to have a baby! when you ask about counseling do you mean genetic counseling? It is recommended for women giving birth over the age of 35. Tell your obgyn, it's usually no big deal. If you mean psychological counseling, it's a great time. Trying to conceive can be hard on a relationship. Other than that, lots of sex.
