Banana benefit: Banana peel has many good effects, but tooth whitening isn't one that has been identified yet, as of this moment. It is beneficial because it has good anti-inflammatory capability, making it good for some skin conditions, and some cultures eat banana peel for the nutrients. Tooth whitening is best accomplished with a form of peroxide - many avail otc, or your dentist, for more predictability.
