A member asked:

My husbands ferritin levels are high when these levels go down will he have a better chance of having a baby?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Complicated issue: Hemochromoatosis may cause infertility and be associated with high ferritin levels. It is not clear if your husband is taking any steps to lower his ferritin, e.g., by undergoing phlebotomy. Depending on the cause of the elevated ferritin, the testicular lesion may or may not be reversible. There is incongruity in the data, your profile says you are male and you talk about your husband!
