Lidoderm patch: Try 5% Lidoderm patches, place them on the inside of the elbow to numb the ulnar nerve. If there is an fda indication for Lidoderm it's for pain related to shingles.

See your doctor: If your pain is not controlled, please see your doctor asap for evaluation. Besides hydrocodone and neurontin, (gabapentin) you might venefit from topical cream or Lidoderm patch. Nerve blocks can be effective also.
