Exam needed: Your symptoms are very suggestive of carpal tunnel syndrome vs a possible cervical radiculopathy. I would suggest following with your doc and getting an EMG. If it appears to be carpal tunnel and the wrist sprints aren't helping, I would suggest seeing a hand surgeon at that point. Good luck!
