See your dcotor: A lot of things could be causing this problem. Ulnar nerve compression at the elbow can cause pain from the little finger up to the elbow. Problems in the wrist such as tendinitis, chip fracture, or ligament injury could cause this also. If it has been going on for a while get it checked out by your doctor or a hand surgeon.
