Good urolologic eval: Do you have any other medical codition making you prone to kidney stone formation? Do you have hydroneprosis? Hope you have had a metabolic work-up to include blood chemistries & 24 hr urine examination for calcium, oxalate, urici acid, & citrate. Might be a candidate for shockwave treatment to break up stoes. Could give better advice if you could forward ultrasound &/or ct scan studies.
