Many possibilities: Could be irritable bowel syndrome, crohn's disease, terminal ileitis, gluten enteropathy (sprue), mesenteric adenitis, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, meckle's diverticulitis, colitis, typhlitis.... The list goes on & on. Realistically, if your surgeon didn't notice anything unusual, it's most likely endo or ovarian. Start with your surgeon & gynecologist, then possibly a gastroenterologist.
