Depends: The cure depends on the cause of course. Minor bleeding/inflammation can be simple "pharyngitis" caused by a bacteria or a virus and medications or rest/fluids and time will help. Severe bleeding from varices or other serious issues would need further investigation and testing. Best wishes.
