See an Internist: You need a complete history and physical by a doctor of Internal Medicine. They are trained in diagnosis and a good starting point to sort out your problems, have proper tests done and if necessary seek referral or consultation

Does not sound : Good. Make sure you are not overweight, you are getting enough sleep- 8 hours at least , drinking plenty of fluids ,eating healthy overall and being active 60 minutes per day and no medical conditions causing these. Best to get with your physician ,so labs may be ordered, any diagnostic tests that are necessary and possibly physical therapy if needed .
