Exercise: These muscle groups are no different than any others. Use it or lose it. If you keep up a regular program of exercises these will remain strong. Every muscle group has limits in a given individual (which is why i could not dream of bench pressing 250#), and you may have reached the limits for your own body. If, however, you stop exercising they will become weaker.
