What are the dangers if the wound healing from kidney transplant bleeds due to overwork? patient had 2nd operation after transplant due to infection)

Depends: Did the surgeon release the person to return to heavy work? When was the last surgery? Best to contact the surgeon for specific & detailed instructions.

See your coordinator: The wound or incision is probably not well healed yet and you might have disrupted some of the layers. Prior infection and the immunosuppresive drugs (especailly sirolimus) slow healing. Bloody fluid could be a serious sign or just release of a collection of liquid under the skin. Your transplant center needs to see the incision to tell, and the sooner the better.
