You need to see a do: A doctor visit and examination is essential if you have blood in the urine. Nose bleeds also point to some disorder of blood clotting. If you feel weak you may be anemic , so it is urgent that you see a doctor right away. If you do not have a doctor, you should go to an emergency room...Today!

Bleeding and weaknes: With your nose bleeds and hematuria, your hemoglobin may be low. You need to go to an er to have blood taken to see how low it is as well as seeing what your platelet count is. Depending on the results, you may need a blood transfusion. In the er, a urine culture can be sent off and you can have a renal ultrasound to see if a cause of bleeding can be found in your kidneys. Go to an er asap.
