Hard to say: There are many forms of uveitis, many of which are idiopathic, which means we can't identify a cause. I'm assuming you've had extensive testing by this point. If you haven't already, seeking out a specialist in uveitis for another opinion would be advisable. It may require travel, as specifically uveitis-trained ophthalmologists are not common.
