Vampire?: The sore throat and abdo pain is probably just viral in nature and the majority of viruses are not related to bug bites, nor vampires. There are some wierd bug-borne illnesses that may cause those symptoms but usually these are associated with muscle aches, fevers fatigue etc. Still, if you do not get better in 2-3 days see your md. However, plain virus would be most likely.
