Pharyngitis: *most likely scenarios 1.Strep pharyngitis 2.Mononucleosis 3.Candida pharyngitis *there are other less common infections which might be of some concern if you are sexually active or if you're immune compromised. *some noninfectious conditions might also be present. But these are less common. You should see your pcp for a complete history and physical. Good luck.
