I have red spots on the back of my throat and i've had a sore throat on and off for two weeks, along with unusual tiredness. what might be wrong?

Pharyngitis: *most likely scenarios 1.Strep pharyngitis 2.Mononucleosis 3.Candida pharyngitis *there are other less common infections which might be of some concern if you are sexually active or if you're immune compromised. *some noninfectious conditions might also be present.
