Many possibilities: You may have a gallbladder problem, or other digestive disorder. You may have a sensitivity to a chemical used in meat packing and preparation. Does eating meat of any type, in any quantity, in any form, in any method of preparation lead to the same result? Best to see your doctor if this is a major concern.
