Food intolerance: Most often intolerance of a specific food occurs when enzymes produced by the body to break down the proteins in the food are deficient. This is more common than a true food allergy. The fat in meat might suggest a gall bladder problem, but curiously it is fried & processed foods (donuts, pie), cheese, ice cream, butter more often. Consider GI (gastrointestinal) evaluation. Good luck!
