Dr since 4 days i have mild dull headache. i googled and had so much anxiety as google showed things like tumor etc. i went for eye test today my left eye number was slightly increased, eye doctor did visual test detailed all clear. i am stressing?

Rare things are known as rare for a reason. Simple headaches are rarely anything other than stress or self resolving processes. Google is not a competent doc who can examine you and decide if your real findings on exam suggest imaging for worrisome issues is needed. If it matters enough you will contact your doc, not try to self diagnose.
