Yes: After doing over 1000 hsg, I found that sometimes a repeat will help. However, often if the other tube is open, all the contrast will go out that tube no matter how hard I pushed. In those circumstances I did a special procedure placing a catheter and wire directly into the blocked tube to clear it.
